With E-Jumpy, Citroën will have electrified car dealers


Citroen announced the expansion of its dealer network focused on electric vehicles. The company, which currently has service centers in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, will have seven more dealers in five new cities: Porto Alegre (RS), Curitiba (PR), Recife (PE), Campinas (SP) and Brasília (DF). )).

“This step reinforces the attention and respect that Citroën treats its customers, including those looking for less productive, stress-free and harmonious mobility with the new Ë-Jumpy,” said André Montalvão, Citroën’s commercial director in Brazil.

According to the manufacturer, the goal is to expand the range of services for Ë-Jumpy owners. The electric version of Jumpy comes with a warranty of three years or 100,000 km, as well as an exclusive warranty of eight years or 160,000 km for the attractive battery pack. In addition, the repair program is up to 60% cheaper than the same heating model.

The stores are called e-centers and received training and new equipment to facilitate the service, sale and maintenance of electric vehicles.

Katia Ribeiro, director of Light Utility Vehicles (VUL) at Citroën, said that the expansion of the dealer network will be important to attract new customers.

“The expansion of the capacity of electronic terminals follows the great demand of Ë-Jumpy, an organization that has been winning companies and self-employed people looking for a sustainable and more profitable operation”, he announced.
