The Suzuki Hayabusa arrives in August for R$124,500

The wait for the Peregrine Falcon already has an expiration date. Suzuki Motos do Brasil confirmed in the second half of August the arrival of the new generation Hayabusa on the Brazilian market.

According to J. Toledo, the company that represents the Hamamatsu brand in the country, it will be available in three color options – white, silver and black – and at a suggested price of R$ 124,500, which does not include shipping costs.

What are the changes in the new Suzuki Hayabusa?

Launched in 1999, the third generation Suzuki Hayabusa was unveiled at the beginning of 2021. It received a design change, with more modern and direct lines, modified so that the bike has better aerodynamic efficiency and engine cooling.

The Peregrino Falcon also got aerodynamic fins that are attached to the side part, which contribute to better heat dissipation and stabilize the bike at high speeds.

To move the new Hayabusa, Suzuki installed a 1,340 cm³ inline four-cylinder engine, liquid-cooled, a plant already assembled to Euro5 standards and which produces 190 hp at 9,700 rpm and a torque of 15.3 kgf.m at 7,000 rpm.

Several engine components were redesigned or replaced, such as pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts, camshafts, exhaust and intake systems. The chassis has been updated to be strong with a secure base, quick handling and precise handling.

Among the electronic systems of the new Suzuki Hayabusa are the riding mode selector, lift control system, two-way quick shift, engine brake control, traction control, among others.
