Although the BMW X7 got a facelift in the summer of 2022, no sporty version of the family SUV seems imminent. So it is to overcome this problem that Alpina opens a new version of its XB7, a sports version of the X7 created by a German tuner. And the main novelty is the improvement of the engine of this model.

The BMW Alpina XB7 therefore adopts a V8 4.4 biturbo engine equipped with a 48V limited hybrid system. The block develops no less than 630 horse power with 800 Nm of torque, which allows the seven-seater Bavaria SUV to accelerate from 0 to 96 km / h in 3.9 seconds.

Torque transmission is achieved by xDrive all-wheel drive and a limited slip differential on the rear axle.
