The Hyundai HB20 celebrates 10 years since its launch and gets a new look following the brand’s international design identity, Sensuous Sportiness, with large dimensions and the inclusion of safety and technology content that makes it the most complete in its category. The first version of the car is enhanced by the quality of the finish and the connectivity features of the Hyundai Bluelink system optimized for the model.

The New Hyundai HB20 arrives packed with technological content. With the Hyundai Bluelink system, voice recognition and the ability to connect Google Android Auto and Apple Car Play wirelessly, drivers and passengers will be more comfortable and connected wherever they are. The new Management Cluster, available from the Platinum version onwards, is a fully digital, color and interactive panel, which offers three background color options for the driver to choose from and personal configuration of safety and comfort items.

The new Hyundai HB20 has a blueMedia multimedia center, which has an 8-inch screen, wireless connection to smartphones via Google Android Auto or Apple Car Play and a voice command activation button on the steering wheel.

To meet the demands of an increasingly connected audience, whether through mobile phones or other electronic devices, the new Hyundai HB20 now has up to 3 USB ports, one of which is Type A, for transmitting data to a multimedia center, and two others. Type C for fast battery charging, of which 1 is available for the rear passenger. There is also an induction (wireless) charging option for the mobile phone battery in the center console, just below the air conditioning controls.

With the launch of the new Hyundai HB20, the free trial period of the Bluelink car connectivity system has been extended from 6 months to 3 years. This free period, valid from the date of purchase of the vehicle, also applies to all customers who have purchased vehicles previously equipped with Bluelink, from the HB20 family and the Hyundai Crete SUV range.

With Hyundai Bluelink, Vivo Empresas is responsible for bringing the most modern technology in connected cars to the world: M2M (machine to machine) connection for smart devices, which transmit data between multiple devices without human intervention. In this way, the embedded IoT e-SIM allows the manufacturing and testing of the system anywhere in the world, giving Hyundai complete freedom over its production chain.
