Maringá confirmed 421 new cases of COVID-19 in a statement this Thursday, June 2. There were no records of deaths from complications of the disease.
The information, which follows the change of the corona virus in the city, was released at 4:14 pm by the Municipal Health Department, with data collected until 11:59 pm this Wednesday, June 1.
According to the document, Maringá adds 133,183 positive cases of covid-19 since the beginning of the epidemic. Among these, 128,720 have already recovered, 2,707 are occupational events (patients in isolation at home or hospital) and 1,756 he died from complications of the disease.
In the SUS, the hospitalization rate in the beds of young adult patients in Maringá is 91.43%, according to the updated information. In sick beds, the rate is 70.02%. In private units, the adult ICU occupancy rate is 81.65% and the ward is 68.75%.
Also according to the information provided by the Municipal Health Department, Maringá remains in the yellow flag, which means moderate risk in relation to Covid-19.
