Nissan to balance Latin American stores by the end of fiscal year 2024

THE Nissan plans to have all its dealers in Latin America adopt the new Nissan Retail Concept service level by the end of fiscal year 2024. In fiscal year 2021, the new concept was implemented in more than 50% of the dealership network. The Japanese brand claims that the new standard offers a different experience in design and service.

Inside, the “Nissan Drive” space guides customers intuitively through the brand experience; various consultation areas meet the various needs of visiting vendors; and a unique and comfortable lounge elevates the customer experience.
