Mitsubishi Electric do Brasil, which has an office in Barueri, offers 23 courses on its free distance learning platform in the area of industrial machinery.
Right now, the platform EAD offers 23 free courses, including Beginner (PLC, HMI, Frequency Inverter), Basic, including HMI Programming (GT Designer3) and Intermediate (MODBUS/TCP Communication with the iQ-F PLC), and certification after to be evaluated. Every two months new courses are added to the platform, and topics are defined according to product market needs and launches.
Hélio Sugimura, the organization’s marketing manager, says that previously the courses were offered privately, in universities, technical schools and in the Barueri division, but with the arrival of the epidemic, the direction was different. “We moved to an online model, which expanded the reach of engineers, technicians and the general public,” explains Sugimura.
The courses are also highly sought after by professionals looking for alternatives in the labor market. “The courses have been open to all interested participants, it doesn’t matter if you are a young student or a professional looking for an update. And the market also likes it a lot, because they know that they will be able to rely on experts with equipment knowledge”, says Sugimura.
