Maserati presents its electrification plan

Maserati has just presented the launch plan of its electric range called “Maserati Folgore”. Maserati is the first Italian luxury car brand to offer fully electric models.

As announced at the “MMXX: Time to Be Responsive” event in September 2020, Maserati has completed its redesign and is now preparing to launch Folgore, its new 100% electric range.

At the beginning of 2023, the new GranTurismo will be the first 100% electric car in the history of the trident brand. Developed at the Mirafiori production facility in Turin, it will make its market debut in 2023. The new GranTurismo, which aims to become a true icon of the brand, will offer modern technical solutions derived from Formula E, exceptional performance, comfort and elegance in focus Maserati values.

In 2023, the all-new Grecale SUV – scheduled for launch on March 22 – will also be available in 100% electric mode. In 2025, all Maserati models will be offered 100% electric: the flagship MC20, the new Quattroporte sports sedan and the new Levante SUV will complete the Maserati Folgore range. By 2030, finally, the entire Maserati lineup will be fully electric.
