The video shows the brand’s head of design, Klauss Busse, and head of communications, Maria Contin, giving a tour of the 2+2 competition while talking about its features. Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco also participates in the chat (and experiments) with hilarious jokes. A tour in beautiful surroundings in California (USA) is on the YouTube channel of Maserati. It is the first time the car can be seen in full detail without camouflage. It’s similar to the “original” GranTurismo, launched in 2007, but it brings styling cues to the brand’s latest cars, the MC20, Cielo and Grecale SUVs.

As for the rear design, the Folgore has thin, horizontal lights, as well as a discreet diffuser. Another surprising feature is that the charging port is located on the bumper – under the left taillight.

The only part that is not visible is the instrument panel, which is blurred in the picture. Some mystery has to be kept in order to be officially released, right?

Maserati does not yet give details of the autonomy, but it says that, in fast charging stations, it will be possible to restore the close. 160 km in just ten minutes. Production of the Folgore should begin at the end of this year, but sales will only begin in 2023, with no confirmed date yet.

It is possible that, in addition to the electric version, the new GranTurismo has a combustion version with a V6 Nettuno engine, biturbo 3.0 and 630 hp.
