A beautiful collection of sports cars, vintage, luxury, on the morning of Saturday August 27 in front of the cathedral of Limoges.. The Limoges Saint-Martial Lions Club organized its traditional charity operation, called Autogalop, for the benefit of a fund to help disabled jockeys and children in pain.
The club has been organizing this event for eleven years. The rules are simple: anyone with a vintage, sports or luxury car can sign up and take part in the journey. On Saturday, departure from Limoges to Pompadour, via Rilhac-Lastours for a lunch break, and on Sunday, a new rally in Pompadour, with a parade of cars on the racecourse before the horse races. Registration is 40 € per person, with the possibility to participate in one or two days.
Therefore the stimulus is used by Simba Saint-Martial for his actions. However, the 2022 edition gave the club leaders a smile: the participation record was broken, with 43 cars on Saturday and 73 on Sunday. In 2021, Simba had collected 6,300 Euros, they should have done better this year, knowing that the sponsors are also putting their hands in their pockets.
