GM emphasizes that the segment has been growing in Brazil, driven by agribusiness and new market trends. Overall, pickup trucks account for about 17% of sales, up from 11% a decade ago.

“Montana, S10 and Silverado are additional products, with specific sizes and recommendations. With the three, Chevrolet will have representatives from next year with volume in the three most important categories of pickup trucks”, says GM in a letter released.
