Ford enhances the iconic Bronco and Bronco Sport SUVs in the U.S. with a special Heritage Edition series, inspired by the original 1966 Bronco design and limited to 1,966 of each model. In addition to the option of a unique yellow color, called Yellowstone, the version comes with a white color on the roof, grille and part of the aluminum wheels, which also follow the retro style.
The Bronco Heritage can be two- or four-door and comes with cloth or leather seats and a white dashboard. The 2.3-liter turbo engine produces 304 hp and 45 m·kgf, while the Limited version comes with a 2.7-liter turbocharged V-6, 335 hp and 57.5 m·kgf. The Optional Sasquatch Package includes custom suspension with Bilstein shock absorbers and increased ride height, Ø 35 in. (890 mm) with an electronic differential lock. For the Bronco Sport (the model we have in Brazil), the Heritage version has cloth seats, while the Heritage Limited has leather seats and Ø 29-inch tires. (737 mm), white paste 17 in. The first 1.5-liter turbo engine produces 184 hp and 26.3 m · kgf; on the Limited it comes with our familiar 250 hp and 38.3 m·kgf turbocharged 2-liter. A package with increased ride height and stiffened suspension is also available.
Prices in the US range from $34,245 for the Bronco Sport Heritage to $66,895 for the Bronco Heritage Limited.
