The Ferrari Enzo is an incredible car in itself and was limited to just 400 production units. However, this copy that is up for auction RM Sotheby’s chassis number 133023 has a more special flavor, as its color is quite unique.
This Ferrari Enzo is the only one made in white – called the Bianco Avus – and it has been seen a few times since it left the Maranello factory in 2003. With few public ‘spottings’, it would be impossible to imagine it has a high standard. mileage. And of course it doesn’t, it has traveled only 9,600 km and already its 2023 inspection took place in March. It’s a popular “just grab and go.”
This white-printed model is one of 20 units that have been given a unique color and were made exclusively for Ferrari’s valued and dedicated customers. The copy in the auction belonged to an anonymous Swiss-German billionaire who kept his car under lock and key.
So much so that his Enzo Ferrari spent most of his time at the Symbol Automobiles dealership in Switzerland – the shop responsible for delivering the car to the owner.
In 2011 the car was shipped to Hong Kong but it did not have a driving license due to the left-hand drive. The next step for the super sports car was to land in Canada – which suggests that there may be import fees to be paid by the auction winner. But the ad photos, apparently, were taken on the outskirts of Hong Kong.
The exterior of the Bianco Avus is similar to the interior, which is covered in black leather. The instruments on the dashboard are in Rosso Corsa, while inside there are also larger carbon buckets with rare black fabric inserts.
Bidding started at 9 am in England (5 am in Brazil) and will go until 5:00 tomorrow in England (1 pm in Brazil).
Ferrari Enzo numbers
The super sports car was created with the purpose of honoring the late founder of the Italian brand Enzo Ferrari, so the car manufacturer did not neglect its project.
The model has a naturally aspirated 6.0 V12 engine that produces 651 hp and 67 kgfm of torque. The Enzo is mid-engined and designed with a carbon composite body, automatic transmission and carbon brakes designed with F1 technology, as well as active aerodynamics to help you ‘stick’ to the pavement.
Thanks to all this work, it is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.6 seconds and reach 350 km / h as a top speed.
